It seems that the Ministry has quite a handful on their plates to deal with.
I know I won't be going out on my own at night. I rarely do as it is, but with the incidences going on, it is probably best to just be in before dusk. No one is going to put my heart in a bag, thank you very much.

Ugh.
Honestly, that woman has always been an annoyance and now she only makes matters worse. I do hope someone shuts her up sooner rather than later. Pointing fingers and sticking her nose in other people's business... always what she was best at. What a horrid thing to have a talent in. About useless, if you ask me.
At the very least, today's Prophet was able to soak up some spilled tea. That was about the only good thing the piece of rubbish was useful for.

Oh dear.
That is not the best news to wake up to. My condolences to what is left of the Bones', Potter's, and the McKinnon's. May the authorities quickly find whomever did such a thing and punish them appropriately.

Just returned from a spot of lunch with my mother, father, and grandmother. An interesting event of sorts, as usual. Yes, there was a reason for the meeting, but my grandmother tends to forget about such things and ramble on about Merlin knows what for hours on end. The women is approaching seventy, but I fear that has only made her more insistent on talking everyone's ears off. Luckily my father was able to derail her after about an hour of nonsense.
Now that I have a headache, I am not sure how I want to spend the rest of my evening.
